Hi @vchung , we are trying to look for a mapping between the samples in BraTS 2021 and BraTS 2018 to determine which samples are present in both datasets. It looks like the original mapping file uploaded here has moved to the BraTS 2023 site, however under the Files section I don't see any such file. Is it included within one of the folders there (eg BraTS-GLI), or is it somewhere else?
Hi @nico.loesch, We don't have this information (HGG/LGG) for all the subjects and hence not provided. We have no plans to provide this information through Synapse in the future. Hi @saruarlive, Mapping for the validation subjects will not be provided. Cases from the BraTS2020 validation cohort are not present in the BraTS2021 training cohort.
@nico.loesch and @saruarlive , Thank you for your questions - I will forward them to @ujjwalbaid !
@vchung et al, Cool! Do you have a similar mapping for BraTS21 validation subjects as well? Is there any possibility of existing BraTS 2021 training subjects in BraTS 2020 validation subjects? Best Regards, SA
Amazing! Would it be also possible to include which of the samples are HGG and LGG? It can be partially retrieved from the "Cohort Name" but the "Private Collection" samples are unknown. Kind regards, Nico
