Sample size of WGS for MSSB

Hi All, I found the VCF files of WGS in MSSB (individual analysis) only have 50 samples which is much fewer than the sample size ~349 in the study (https://www.synapse.org/#!Synapse:syn10901600). Did I miss something? Thanks Li

@Mette https://www.synapse.org/#!Synapse:syn11723899 Here, I download all the files and only see 50 VCF samples from "superior temporal gyrus". The sample size seems much smaller than the ~349 which also cover four brain regions including "superior temporal gyrus".
Can you please let us know where you are only seeing 50 samples. Are you looking at a specific file, or file format?
