This document should be a 1-3 paragraph statement that includes the following information - (1) Synapse username of all collaborators from your institution, (2) Overseeing institution who will be accessing the data, (3) Research Plan, (4) Overview, (5) Objectives, (6) Analysis, (7) IRB status (if applicable), (8) Timeline.
