L-Dopa feature matrix question

Hi, I came into the challenge late. I just want to ask should we include medication ( on or off) in the feature matrix or we only used the mobile signal data for feature extractions. Best

or should I extract different features for different visits. Also,I think we can extract separate features for different limb?
