Hi,
When I submit the results, I got this message,
"There cannot be any empty values."
Could you help me to check what is it mean?
Created by meilu wang meilu Thanks Solly,
you are right, the deadline is very soon. I was just concerned about the evaluation criteria (which currently seems to evaluate the imputation method and not the extracted features).
It is probably best to leave for the community phase.
Riku All of the data should be combined. Please carefully read the submission instructions, and make sure you include every recordId listed in the template file.
Solly Hi solly,
What is the meaning of "Not all recordIds are present in column: recordId." after I submit the results? in my results there are 36664 rows as in the
test data, Should we combine the supplemental data with test data together? Hi Riku-
Since the deadline is in 2 days, it is too late to change the test data, but there is plenty of opportunity to do exploratory analyses in the community phase.
Solly Hi Solly,
since the testing data has large amount of missing measurements in rest and return walk, would it be possible to have another testing data (a subset of the current one) with only samples without missing values in 1st walk and rest?
The current testing data tests more the method of imputation than the actual features.
These tests are not supervised, so study participants may not have finished the tasks. @larssono, are there any other possible explanations?
Is there a particular reason that a significant amount of the deviceMotion_walking_rest test data are not there? From the query, I got only 16k out of 36k records with rest data. Then that's the problem. If you consult the [submission instructions](https://www.synapse.org/#!Synapse:syn8717496/wiki/466771), you'll see that missing values are not allowed. Hi solveig,
Yes, I have NA in the prediction file, since some recordId have missing value for prediction.
Do you have missing values like NAs in your submission?
