Should we submit feature matrix separately as three files for training, testing and additional training data? I am sorry if this question was answered before.

Do you have duplicated recordIds in you submission? This would cause that error.

I tried to submit our features and received an email as follows: Sorry, but we were unable to validate your submission to the PDBiomarkerChallenge - mpower - subchallenge 1. Please refer to the challenge instructions which can be found at https://www.synapse.org/#!Synapse:syn8717496/wiki/448338 and to the error message below: submission name: 10_features_submission_test submission ID: 9637737 No duplicated submissions allowed. If you have questions, please ask on the forums at https://www.synapse.org/#!Synapse:syn8717496/discussion/default. I don't understand the reason for the failure "No duplicated submissions allowed. ". Could you help me with this? Thanks!

No. The problem is that in the "select the challenge below that you would like to submit to" box, I cannot find "PDBiomarkerChallenge_MPower_subchallenge 1".
@spidermanxyz- The text box on the bottom that says "Submission name (optional)" is where you give your submission a name. Does this disappear when you choose the right scoring queue? Solly

@spidermanxyz- I'm unable to view that image. You may need to adjust the privacy setting in order for it to be viewed by others. This can be done by going to the file location in Synapse and clicking the "Share" button in the top right corner. Solly

Hi Solveig, I am following the submission instructions to submit our features. And I am stuck at "4. In the resulting pop-up, select the relevant subchallenge. Give your submission a descriptive name." Because there is no such option as "PDBiomarkerChallenge_MPower_subchallenge 1". Do you have any idea how to get around this problem? Also, after we submitted the features, how do we get the prediction score? i.e. is there a leaderboard? Thanks! Xinlin
