I am sorry, but I have the same problem. I received an email says our sub3 breast was scored, but a few hours later I got two emails saying error while running and the dashboard says the submission was invalid. Would you mind checking what has been going on? ``` Your submission "syn11375560" (ID: 9654442) to the Proteogenomics Subchallenge 3 Breast has been scored: You submission was scored, and your scores will be revealed to you at the end of the round. ```
Dear Sohrab, Those two submissions have different submissionIds. Your first submission is still SCORED (9654486). The second one referenced a incorrect filename in your code. Best, Tom
