Proteins to predict for breast cancer data in round 2

Dear organizer, Are we to predict the same 7061 proteins from ova data for the breast cancer submission? or should it be the 10005 proteins in retrospective_breast_proteome_sort_common_gene_10005.txt file. Thanks, Julie

Dear Julie, The breast proteins are different from ovarian. You should be prediction the breast proteins from the 10005 and the 7061 proteins for ovarian. Best, Tom
