Hi everyone. There have been a few issues with main lane submissions not working when express lane submission have. Please keep the following in mind: * There are no NA values in the express lane data, so please account for NA values that may occur in the main lanes. * Sample name and number of samples are different between express lanes and main queues * You should only use the ovarian data to generate ovarian prediction and confidence files * You should only use the breast to generate breast prediction and confidence files
