Hi~.. I got error message like this.. submission name: syn11045777 submission ID: 9653002 predictions.tsv: All phosphoID in the goldstandard must also be in your file. You are missing: DOK1.NP_001184189.1:s130,SRRM2.NP_057417.3:t1003s1012,CARS.NP_001014437.1:s390,EPB41L2.NP_001337231.1:s16 ..... But the phosphoIDs metioned above are not in "ovarian_phosphosites.txt" file. Not yet updated?? Thanks..

Dear Sungsoo, This issue has been resolved. I updated the goldstandards so that only the subset phosphosites are used for scoring. Best, Tom
