Hi, We have encountered error related to missing samples in the final validation sanity check in express lane by the system in pgx_sc2_Breast. submission ID: 9652548 and Error is as follows: predictions.tsv: All sample Ids in the goldstandard must also be in your file. You are missing: TCGA-A2-A0CM,TCGA-A2-A0D2,TCGA-A2-A0EQ,TCGA-A2-A0EV,TCGA-A2-A0EX Since our models are independent of validation/test set sample size or number and our models are only concerned with the features (i.e. protein IDs) which are perfect from our side. I suspect whether the validation/test file is missing these samples in case of breast cancer in sub challenge 2. Please suggest in this regard. Best, GACT-NCI
