Hi Organizers, Model submission error with "submission to Proteogenomics Subchallenge 3 Breast". I have submitted our model in express lane (ID: 9652315) and it returned me following message. "Your prediction file is in the correct format and can be scored. Please feel free to submit to the real challenge queues." Then I submitted the same model to main lane (ID: 9652401) and got an error message. Please help. Thanks, Sandeep

Hi Sandeep, I made a general announcement, but please keep in mind: There are no NA values in the express lane data, so please account for NA values that may occur in the main lanes. Sample name and number of samples are different between express lanes and main queues You should only use the ovarian data to generate ovarian prediction and confidence files You should only use the ovarian data to generate breast prediction and confidence files Your error is: "predictions.tsv: All phosphoID in the goldstandard must also be in your file. You are missing:....."
Hi Andrew, Submission (ID: 9652944) failed again in main queue and we received no error message. The same submission was scored in expression lane (ID: 9652939). Please help. Thanks, Sandeep
It looks like your official log file got truncated and isn't particularly helpful. However, at the top of the error I see: "predictions.tsv: All phosphoID in the goldstandard must also be in your file. You are missing:" And so many IDS your actual log file was truncated.
