"TCGA.04.1348" "TCGA.04.1357" "TCGA.04.1362" "TCGA.04.1364" "TCGA.04.1365" are in the ovarian RNA dataset, not breast. Please let me know if I missed anything.

Hello,
Do you mean the sample size among **training **breast cancer datasets is different? We didn't exclude some samples present in RNA/CNA but not proteome and phospho for reasons that some participants might come up with strategies untilzing more samples for their prediction. Please feel free to choose subset of samples shared by all training data for your model if you prefer. For testing breast cancer datasets, samples are consistent among all of them.
