Dear participants. There have been several instances where submissions are working on the main lanes but not the express lanes, and vice versa. It doesn't appear to be an issue with the lanes themselves as they are working. We'd just like to remind everyone that the sample id's are different for the data between the lanes. If your sample names are hard coded for the samples in one lane, your submission will fail on the other. I'd also like to point out the reason why you are not getting log files for main-lane submissions. Without going into too much detail, the sub-challenge data sets are related. It would be possible to get data from the log file of one sub-challenge and use that as an unfair advantage for one of the other sub-challenges. For this reason we are not returning log files for main-lane submissions this round.
