Hi, When I submitted my container to subchallenge1 express lane, there's an error saying that ``` predictions_1.tsv: All sample Ids in the goldstandard must also be in your file. You are missing: Sample_28,Sample_11,Sample_50,Sample_80,Sample_75,Sample_60 ``` However, It's scored just fine when I submitted it to main lane. Is it an error on express lane or am I missing something? submission ID on express lane: 9649081 submission ID on main lane: 9649083 Thanks in advance.

No, I assumed the sample names are ordered like Sample_1, Sample_2, ... Is it not ordered? then I should try reading it from the files. Then what's the reason it's scored successfully at the mane lane?
Actually you're having the reverse problem. The samples are different between the express and main lanes. Are you reading the file to get the sample names?
