Dear organizers,
Can you please clarify your plans on the Breast Cancer (BRCA) portion of the data? In Wiki section 3.3, it states: "The breast testing data is still under production by CPTAC community. Therefore, for the first round of leaderboard we won't ask you to predict breast data for sub challenges 2 and 3." Is this still the case for Round 2? Alternatively, if we're expected to make predictions for BRCA, is it going to be over the same protein / phospho-site space? What about the final round?

We haven't heard back from the CPTAC CDAP side. We hope we will release breast testing data during the final round. Please focus on ovarian dataset for the second round. We will keep everyone updated if there is any update.

Zhi Good question. I was under the impression that the phosphosites to be predicted were cancer specific.
But still I wonder if the same rules apply (at least 5 samples). I am asking because the current breast cancer data contains a lot more phosphosites than the ovarian cancer data, including sites associated with less than 5 samples (not counting NAs).
