Hi..all. First, I must say sorry to submit time consuming submissions. I'm trying to reduce time consuming jobs.(load models to memory at once) But We need to load many trained models to predict many proteins and genes. And I suspect that time limit policy will not be working well.. because there are many uncommon situations in docker environments at least..I think 4 hours per submission is too short.. any comment? (I got My submission 9643441 in SC2 main lane "invalid" now, but was finished well in SC2 express lane. Just kicked out for time? I think it was holding at "pool = Pool(processes=MULTI_PROCESS_NUM)" code, no more progress after that line. MULTI_PROCESS_NUM is 10) thanks a lot ~!!
