predictions file must be named predictions_1.tsv, and your model must generate predictions_{1..100}.tsv I've run the Docker image locally on all the express lane files and it finishes on all files without a problem. The predictions files are stored under "output/predictions_*.tsv" and the confidences are stored under "output/confidence_*.tsv". Any idea what could be going on? I think I've solved the problem but I can't submit on the express lane because the server is down and I cannot submit on the main lane without a time extension.

Thanks Tom. I got the submission to go through the express lane and am currently working on submitting in earnest. One of my problems was with formatting due to an inconsistency in the "How to submit" page. The submission process requires that the express lane data Gene_ID needs to be changed to proteinID, as is shown, but the columns and rows should not be changed although it's indicated that they should be i.e., (Protein_1 -> Protein1) and (Sample_1 ->patientId1). This turned out to be very confusing for me in addition to not knowing whether or not the exp_lane data should be included in the submission or not. My apologies if this was covered in the webinar.
