Hello, My submission to the express lane SC3 went through (_and I also got this email: Your prediction file is in the correct format and can be scored. Please feel free to submit to the real challenge queues._) and it got scored, however when I submitted it to the main lane I got the status Invalid. There was no error or reason of failure returned and my code seemed to have ran to the last line. What can be the reason @MI_YANG @lz0718 @thomas.yu ? BR, Sohrab

Dear Tom, Thanks for the response, Yes, I am aware of NAs in my predictions. But I had NAs in my submission to the express lane and I didn't get any errors. Now I lost one of my submissions. BR, Sohrab

Hi, I have the same problem. My submission went through in the express lane but was invalid in the main lane. Reason for invalid status in the main lane: "predictions.tsv: There can't be any null values". So the scoring script for the express lane does not test for NA values in the prediction file?
