Considering that there is no information provided about the phosphosites in SC3 and in the subchallenge descriptions there is no mention of "prediction of phosphosites" (only phosphosites abundances is in question), shouldn't the information about the phosphosites (i.e. phosphoID in the Dry_Run_SC3.R) be provided?

Please download the retrospective_ova_phospho_sort_common_gene_10057.txt in '3.3 - Accessing Data' where the first column 'Gene_ID' contains all the Genes/Phosphosites need to be predicted in the subchallenge 3.
