Hello, Once a docker is submitted, is there a way to get feedback? Minimally, I would like to know that it was correctly submitted, and submitted to the right place ("main lane" or "express lane"?). I would like to know if the _score_sc1.sh_ script executed succesfully on the data provided in the test environment, if output files were created, and if they could be parsed correctly by your scoring function. Ideally, I would also like to know the score provided by the scoring function. Is this feedback available? If it is, is it privately or publicly? And how can we access it? Thanks, Frederic

Dear Frederic, Yes, the place to do this is in the express lanes. Any stout or sterr reported from your model will be written to your log file. It is important to remember that it is absolutely against the DREAM rules to write out any of the test data or your prediction file into the log file. Best, Tom
