Hi About the challenge 1, 2 and 3, the training data is G X N matrix that G is number of proteins and N is different samples. For challenge 1, all of they are 7927 X 80 matrices. Will the test data sill be 7927 X 80 matrices or they could be in different size? For challenge 2, I found the training data matrices of DNA, RNA and proteins are in different size. Will the size of testing data be the same as training data? For example, the breast RNA training data of challenge 2 is a 10623 X 105 matrix, will the test data of RNA data sill be 10623 X 105 or it could be different size? thank you

Hi Yiyi, For sub1, the dimension of the testing won't be the same as the training data in terms of both the number of proteins and samples. For sub2 and sub3, the sample size of the testing data will be different, but the number of genes/proteins per dataset will be the same as in the training data.
