In section 3.5 of the wiki, the submission instructions mention that "The predictions must be saved to /output/predictions.tsv while the** confidence values to /output/confidence.tsv**. Prediction and confidence files must be tsv (Tab Separated Values) file. Here are the prediction/confidence file formats for each subchallenge." How exactly are the confidence values used to score the submissions? In section 3.6 (Prediction Scoring Metrics), it sounds like everything can be computed with just the prediction values and the testing values, or are the confidence values incorporated somehow?
