Hello, Do zeros in the test true data have to be filled as zeros in the incomplete test data? Do these zeros have any biological sense or it is just reproducing noise in the data? Thanks, Ábel

Yes, ideally we would like to encourage participants to recover any of the spots that were missed. 0s could be generated either biologically or experimentally.
