In the Dream Challenge Rules Summary, it states that "Before using external data, participants should consult the Challenge Description website for any limitations and any additional Data Access Terms of Use affiliated with the Challenge to verify that their use of a particular external data set is permitted." I haven't found any specifics on the use of external data for this challenge, and was hoping somebody could clarify this for me. Cheers,
