I was wondering if anybody is willing to accept me as part of their team.
My expertise is in medicine and molecular biology (I'm a MD currently in the third year of my PhD).
In my PhD thesis I work with TCGA RNA-Seq, CNA and Proteomic dataset and I have 3 years experience programing with R and the basics of python.
Also I know the fundamentals of many ML algorithms and have worked quite a bit with Genetic algorithms and regressions.
