Hello all, We registered a team for this challenge recently and have a question about how submissions are attributed when someone joins a team after already submitting from a personal account. We would rather ask than guess, since the Active learning window closes 31 October, 23:59 UTC. Our situation, in general terms: - A member who submitted from their personal account in the current Active learning window is joining the team only now. Their test-split submission currently appears on the Active learning leaderboard under the individual username, not under the team name. - The team entity itself currently has no submissions attributed to it: every submission on our side carries no team ID, including those uploaded from the project we created for the challenge. - We only recently understood that submissions are expected to come from the team's shared project; we had assumed submission rights sat with individual members. Questions: 1. Is the validation allowance (100) counted per team or per member — after a member joins, does the team have 100 submissions in total across its members, or 100 per member? 2. Same for the test split (2): per team or per member? 3. When a member joins a team, do their earlier submissions attach to the team and appear under the team name on the leaderboard, remain personal, or get invalidated? 4. Would attaching them consume the team's remaining allowance, or prevent further submissions in this window or in the prospective phase (limit 1)? 5. If so, what is the recommended path: invalidate first, delay joining, or leave things as they are? A short answer to points 2 and 3 would be enough for us to plan correctly. Thank you. — Mohammad Afshari (dr.afshari), team StableFold
