Hello, for the Prospective phase, could you share the novelty criterion (fingerprint, similarity cutoff, and the reference set of "known ligands" - does it include the compounds revealed on 1 October?) and the solubility criterion used to pre-screen the 50 molecules? Knowing them lets invited teams avoid picks that would not be tested. Thank you.

Hello @VBDI_Bio_FEx_TeamVNG, we will reveal the exact novelty criteria for the Prospective phase to the invited groups. A proposed baseline (to be confirmed) is Tanimoto similarity on ECFP4 < 0.35. Compounds revealed on October 1st will be included in the set of known ligands. In any case, compounds not respecting the novelty or solubility criteria will be flagged before purchase, and in case we will request from the groups to submit replacement compounds.
