Dear DREAM × CACHE organizers, I read the previous discussion, "Online Working with Aircheck Data," regarding the use of Google Colab for challenge data. I would like to clarify a related question about data-use permissions. Are participants permitted to upload the OpenDEL enumeration libraries to a private third-party cloud computing platform, such as Kaggle or Google Colab, for computational screening? Specifically: 1. Does the challenge's data-use agreement permit private cloud storage and processing, provided that the original data and results are not publicly shared? 2. Are the OpenDEL enumeration libraries subject to the HitGen/AIRCHECK EULA, or do separate challenge-specific data-use terms apply? 3. Is additional authorization required from HitGen, SGC, or the challenge organizers for this type of cloud-based computation? I have also contacted the OpenDEL data provider directly regarding the applicable licensing terms. Thank you for your guidance.

Hello @kongxuan, sorry for the delay in the response. 1. There should be no problem as long as data is not shared 2. By downloading the data you agree to the CACHE [participation terms](https://cache-challenge.org/terms-and-participation) 3. No additional authorization is required if not specified in the terms of use
