Hello organizers, I'm curious what cofactors and ions were present (if any) during the DEL experiments and during the ASMS experiments. Any 3PG? Any metal ions? Any other potentially relevant buffer components? (glycerol, DMSO, HEPES, EDTA, polyanions etc) I suppose that in ASMS during the pass through the SEC column many of those would be lost (unless they have a very slow off-rate) and any compounds whose binding depends on the cofactors would also be depleted. ASMS also probably needs exchange into a MS-friendly (eg ammonium formate) buffer. However all those might stay in place throughout during the DEL experiments, and they can significantly affect the results. Thanks in advance, Alex
