Dear MedReason organizers, We attempted to submit our Docker container for organizer-side pre-evaluation to medreason26@googlegroups.com, following the submission instructions, but the message bounced with a Google Groups delivery error stating that the group may not exist or that we may not have permission to post. Could you please confirm the correct email address or submission channel for the pre-evaluation Docker package? Best regards, Hai-Dang Nguyen

Hi Hai-Dang! Thanks a lot for your question. I’ll verify the details and respond to you very soon.
Dear MedReason Organizing Team, Thank you very much for your confirmation and for sharing the expected timeline. I am writing to kindly follow up on the first pre-evaluation results. Since the pre-evaluation stage is very important for our team, we would like to understand our current performance and identify possible areas for improvement before the update deadline on June 18, 2026. Could you please let us know when we may expect to receive the first pre-evaluation feedback or results for our latest submission? If there are any issues with accessing our files or running the container, please also let us know so that we can address them as soon as possible. In addition, we would like to confirm whether the overall pre-evaluation leaderboard is still planned to be released on July 8, 2026, or whether there have been any updates to the timeline. Thank you again for your support and coordination. Best regards, Hai-Dang Nguyen
Dear Hai-Dang Nguyen, Thank you very much to you and the team for participation and submission!! :) We have well received your pre-evaluation submission details. The detailed submission information has also been shared with Prof. Li and the other organizers. We expect to return the pre-evaluation results within three weeks. During this period, until June 18, 2026, you may update your pre-evaluation submission multiple times if needed. The pre-evaluation result and leaderboard entry will be based on the latest submission received before the update deadline. The overall pre-evaluation leaderboard is currently planned to be released on July 8, 2026. This date may be adjusted together with the challenge submission deadline if there are schedule changes. (Please keep an eye on the Synapse project page and the official challenge website for further updates.) We will also notify all participating teams by email. If we encounter any issue with accessing the files or running the container, we will contact you accordingly. Thank you again for your patience and cooperation. Best regards, MedReason Organizing Team
Dear MedReason Organizing Team, Thank you very much for your support and clarification. I have now successfully submitted our MedReason 2026 Docker container package for the organizer-side pre-evaluation. Could you please kindly confirm whether you have received our submission email and can access the downloadable Docker archive link successfully? Also, may I ask when we can expect to receive the organizer-side pre-evaluation result, or whether there is an estimated timeline for the result announcement? Thank you again for your help. Best regards, Hai-Dang Nguyen
Dear Hai-Dang Nguyen, Thank you for the clarification, and sorry again for the inconvenience. Could you try resending the submission email to medreason26@googlegroups.com once more? If the message is still rejected, kindly let us know. To avoid any delay, you may also send the same submission email to our backup address: medreason26_backup@163.com Thank you for your patience and understanding. :) Best regards, MedReason Organizing Team
Dear MedReason Organizing Team, Thank you very much for your clarification. I would like to confirm one more point regarding the current pre-evaluation submission process. According to the challenge page, each team will receive one organizer-side pre-evaluation result during the pre-evaluation period. Could you please confirm whether, at this stage, the correct way to submit for organizer-side pre-evaluation is to upload the zipped Docker archive to a cloud platform and send the downloadable link by email to [medreason26@googlegroups.com](mailto:medreason26@googlegroups.com)? To make sure I am following the correct procedure, my current plan is: 1. Export the Docker container as a zipped archive. 2. Upload the archive to Google Drive with accessible download permission. 3. Send the Google Drive link to [medreason26@googlegroups.com](mailto:medreason26@googlegroups.com), together with the team name, Synapse username, method name, and contact email. Could you please confirm that this is the expected submission procedure for the current pre-evaluation stage? Also, I would like to clarify that my previous email did not include the Docker archive as an attachment. It only included a Google Drive link. Therefore, I would appreciate it if you could confirm whether there are any additional restrictions on Google Drive links or sender permissions that I should be aware of. Dear Hai-Dang Nguyen, Thank you very much for reaching out, and we apologize for the inconvenience. We have checked the Google Groups email address and can confirm that medreason26@googlegroups.com is the correct contact address for organizer-side pre-evaluation inquiries. We have also verified that the group can receive messages from non-group members. The delivery issue was most likely caused by sending the Docker archive as an email attachment. We apologize that the attachment size limitation may not have been stated clearly enough in the instructions. Docker archives are usually too large for email delivery and may be rejected by Google Groups or the email system. For submission, kindly export your Docker package as a zipped archive and upload it to a cloud platform such as Google Drive, Mega, WeTransfer, or another accessible file-sharing service. You can then send the downloadable link to medreason26@googlegroups.com. The suggested email subject is: MedReason 2026 Submission [TEAMNAME] Docker Container Submission In the email body, include your team name, Synapse username, method name, downloadable link, and contact email. The required method description document may also be included if available. It is optional for pre-evaluation but mandatory for final evaluation. Thank you again for your patience, and we apologize for the confusion. Best regards, MedReason Organizing Team
Dear Prof. Li, I am participating in the MedReason 2026 challenge. I attempted to submit our Docker container for pre-evaluation via medreason26@googlegroups.com, but the email bounced with a Google Groups permission/non-existent group error. Could you please confirm the correct submission channel for the Docker container and model description documents? Best regards, Hai-Dang Nguyen
