My team members and I have already signed the rules form, and I also completed the team registration Google Form last week. However, I am still unable to find our registered team on the submission platform, and I can currently only submit our Docker container as an individual participant. Our team name is ccg_dgist. Could you please check the status of our team registration and let us know if there are any additional steps or information required from our side? Hi Zin, Thanks for checking! your **ccg_dgist** team registration has been received successfully. To clarify, the Google Team Registration Form is primarily for the iMED Challenge organizers to understand how many teams are planning to submit, estimate the compute resources required for evaluation, and plan team/author information for the challenge paper. Completing that form does not automatically create a separate team on Synapse, but your registration is not incomplete because of this. We have now also enabled **optional** Synapse Team registration for teams that would like their Docker submissions to be associated with their team name rather than an individual Synapse account. One team member can create a Synapse Team, add the other members, and then register it with the iMED Challenge using the **Register Your Synapse Team** button on the [main iMED Challenge page](https://www.synapse.org/Synapse:syn74277461/wiki/639538).
