Dear BraTS-METS participants, As promised, we have revised the training set due to reports of issues with several cases. These cases are from the UCSD subset which has only undergone external radiologist review. In contrast, the rest of the BraTS dataset has gone through multiple stages of quality checks conducted by our team. Our primary goal is to provide data of the highest quality, so this is why we carefully revised and refined the UCSD subset of cases. Please, find the attached .zip file in the Data section: _BraTS-METS-QCed-Training-set_ We are also providing an excel sheet with description of the changes that needed to be made. You have until July 30th to incorporate the changes, if you deem necessary. Please, do let us know if we can assist you further with the submission process. We are available to help you if needed!
