Hi Mate, I requested something similar last year for evaluating an ablation of models on brats data. However, they usually don't permit this but maybe they might make an exception for you. The best solution is to use the BraTS metric evaluator scripts and integrating them into your metrics computation. https://github.com/rachitsaluja/BraTS-2024-Metrics These are the official metric computations used since 2024 (maybe some more mods in recent years). They include lesionwise scores which provide more granularity in assessing performance of metrics. Not much work too. However, be attentive to the introduction of the cystic component and the revised labelling convention of 2024. Hope that helps.
Hello, I am a master's student conducting brain tumor segmentation research using nnU-Net v2 trained on the BraTS 2023 adult glioma dataset. I understand that the official BraTS 2026 submission deadline was July 30, 2026. Could you please confirm whether continuous evaluation or post-challenge validation submissions are currently available for BraTS 2026? If not, are there plans to reopen the evaluation platform, or is there an alternative official BraTS evaluation service where we can submit our model predictions?
Hi, Thank you for the extension to July 30th. Given the volume of last-hours questions still coming in, would it be possible to get a short additional extension until the end of day Sunday, August 2nd? This would give teams a small buffer over the weekend to finalize Docker submissions, papers, and signed copyright forms without any rush-related errors. We understand if this isn't possible given the "strict, hard deadline" note, but wanted to ask given the circumstances. Thank you for your continued support and for organizing this challenge.
Hi, Can I confirm the exact time which the challenge closes on the 30th? - the time by which we must have uploaded out paper, our docker submission and our copyright forms? On operreview.net the subtext states that the submission deadline (which I assume is for papers) is 31st July at 2:59pm.
