Could you please confirm the standard output filename format for each case saved under the /output folder inside our submitted Docker image?We are confused whether we need to follow the validation naming format BraTS-GLI-XXXXX-XXX-t1n-inference.nii.gz. @lcw Hi Intelligent Team! Thanks for your question. We would kindly ask you to stick to a format similar to the one on the following page under "Containerized Algorithm" (shown for Mets): https://challenges.synapse.org/Challenges/DetailsPage/Instructions?id=syn74274097 There you can see a screenshot of the input format and a correct, as well as an incorrect output format and the requested naming convention. We have, however, received submission with the output format that you mentioned in your message, i.e. containing 'inference'. We will definitely do our best to test all models with these two conventions. However, if possible, please stick to the one we show on the instructions page (with GLI instead of Mets), that makes it much easier for us. Thank you and good luck! Paula
