Our team includes a high-school student who has made a significant contribution to our BraTS 2026 project and therefore should be appropriately credited as a co-author of the short paper. However, OpenReview informed the student that their profile cannot currently be activated because OpenReview is still reviewing the legal-age requirements for high-school users. An adult member of our team has an active OpenReview profile and can submit the paper and take responsibility for the submission. We would like to make sure that we accurately credit the student's contribution while fully complying with both BraTS and OpenReview policies. Could you please clarify whether: 1. the student may still be listed as a co-author using their name and email, even without an activated OpenReview profile; 2. the organizers can manually associate the student with the submission; or 3. another approved authorship or acknowledgment procedure should be used? We have also contacted the OpenReview support team for guidance.
