Could you please clarify the following points about the paper submission? **1-** Will the review process for BraTS 2026 papers be single-blind or double-blind? **2-** Is the source code required at the time of the initial paper submission? If so, should we include a GitHub repository link in the manuscript or in the submission form? In the case of double-blind review, should the repository also be anonymized? **3-** Are there specific paper preparation and submission guidelines for the BraTS 2026 Challenge? Should participants follow the general MICCAI 2026 paper guidelines, or should only the guidelines provided in the Instructions tab be considered? **4-** Will paper submissions be handled through Microsoft CMT? If so, could you please provide the direct link to the BraTS 2026 paper submission page? **5- **Are authors required to publish or upload a preprint before submitting the manuscript through CMT? If a preprint is required, which platform should be used, and should the preprint also be anonymized? **6-** Is the paper submission portal already open? If not, is there an expected opening date? **7-** Since we are participating only in Task 3, should this be explicitly indicated anywhere outside the paper itself? I apologize if this information has already been published, but I was unable to locate it on the BraTS 2026 website, the Synapse challenge page, or in the challenge description. Thank you for your assistance.

Hi @aec8 In the current setting of OpenReview, there is no placeholder for such input, but we will follow up on it offline on our end. Second question: It depends on your solutions. If you have one single method applied to multiple segmentation tasks, then you can submit one single manuscript; but if you have fundamentally different methods, then you can submit more than one paper. Best regards, /Mehdi
Where in the OpenReview submission portal should we specify our team so that it can be linked to our Docker container(s)? Also, if we plan on submitting containers to multiple tasks (i.e., tasks 1 - 3, for example), do we need multiple papers so that one paper matches one container, or can one paper point to three different Docker containers?
Hi @Henrique_Zan, Thanks for reaching out. 1- The submitted manuscripts will be reviewed in a single-blind process. 2- Yes, a valid link to the source code is a necessary part of the review process. 3- As described in the [Submission Instruction](https://www.synapse.org/Synapse:syn74274097/wiki/639582) manuscrtipt should be written following the Springer LNCS format. 4- As described in the [Submission Instruction](https://www.synapse.org/Synapse:syn74274097/wiki/639582) submission will be done tru OpenReview. 5- Preprint submission is not a requirement, but can be done based on your preference. 6- Yes, please read the Submission Instructions. 7- In OpenReview, each task has a separate portal for submission. Best regards and good luck with your submission, /Mehdo
