Dear BraTS Participants, The Testing Phase submission is now open ONLY for teams requiring expedited timelines for visa applications. Please find the details and deadlines for both tracks below: 🛫 1. Early Track (Visa Applicants Only) If you need to participate in this track to secure your visa documentation early: Hard Deadline: July 2nd, 2026 Requirements: You MUST submit your Docker solution, your short paper, and a signed copyright form by this date. Instructions: Please follow the guidelines provided at [https://www.synapse.org/Synapse:syn74274097/wiki/639582](Submission Instructions), [Sample Docker](https://github.com/Sage-Bionetworks-Challenges/sample-model-templates#build-your-model) and [Pathology Submission Kit](https://github.com/IUCompPath/BraTS-Path-2026-Docker-Submission-Kit) for short paper preparation, Docker creation, and submission. _Note: Instructions regarding the paper submission portal will be announced shortly._ ⏱️ 2. Standard Track (No Visa Required) For all other teams participating in the standard timeline: Submission Opens: July 3rd, 2026 Hard Deadline: July 23rd, 2026 ⚠️ Critical Rule: Choose Only One Track Please note that these tracks are mutually exclusive. You can only participate in one track. If you submit a Docker image during the early phase track, you will not be allowed to submit another solution for the standard track. Best of luck with your submissions! Best regards, The BraTS Organizing Committee

Hi @QianSK, Yes. The accepted papers will receive an email as an invitation to the BraTS workshop either for an oral (top-team) or poster presentation. According to the [timeline](https://www.synapse.org/Synapse:syn74274097/wiki/639587), this will take place on August 24th. You may use this invitation for your Visa application. Best regards, /Mehdi
Could you please clarify whether Standard Track participants who submit the Docker solution, short paper, and signed copyright form by July 23 will also be eligible to request visa support / invitation / participation documentation? Or is participation in the Early Track required in order to receive visa-related documentation? We would also like to know when such documentation would typically become available for Standard Track participants and what conditions must be met before it can be issued. Thank you very much.
