Thanks for releasing such a clean, well-packaged dataset. Quick question: What scanning magnification (and microns-per-pixel) were the released patches extracted at? Thanks in advance!

Hi @fangyi, The dataset is built by reclassifying GBM according to the WHO's new standard. The slides themselves are from the TCGA-GBM/LGG project. So the scanning magnification is 40x (0.25 um/pixel). Cheers, Jayden Edit: Corrected project name.
