I am facing an issue. While sumiting file I can see "Submitter has reached the total limit of 2. (for the current submission round)." Last time I submited file 2025-09-09 22:05 Bangladeshi time, then why I am facing this issue?

You already have two ACCEPTED submissions(9758396 and 9758445). That is why you can see "Submitter has reached the total limit of 2".
