I have a question about the structure of the Output folder.
Should we create a folder for each of the two tasks? Or are the predictions the same and the only thing that changes is the ground truths you use?
Also, should the images for each task only have annotations for that task, or can they also have annotations for other structures? Or should I upload an individual docker for each of the tasks?

For clarity: each challenge task requires its own Docker image. Please submit one Docker per task you are participating in, with the /output folder containing only the predictions relevant to that task.
