Hi friends! @LISA_mri_challenge
I have seen that you mentioned that we need to submit an MLCube too beside the Docker, but fail to find this information again on the website. Is it still relevant to submit an MLCube? or is the Docker container enough? :)
Thank you for your time and help,
Musti
Created by Musti Kadhim Musti Hi all,
Thank you for participating in the RISE-MICCAI 2025 LISA Challenge Testing Phase. Please refer to the instructions posted here:
https://www.synapse.org/Synapse:syn68633106/discussion/threadId=12381
If you encounter issues with your Task 2b submission, kindly resubmit it.
Thank you,
The LISA 2025 Challenge Organizers Dear @vcasellesb,
Thank you for responding.
Yes, let's wait for the organizers to respond. :)
I am submitting to the correct queue, but the only issue was that I accidentally submitted twice to the hippocampus segmentation task.
I am also observing the same problem you mentioned for task 2b. I had assumed that it was because I could not get a submission done for this task, but looks like this is not the case.
Best regards,
Sharat Dear @sharat.s.e,
I don't think you can undo a submission, only resubmit... Are you sure you are selecting the appropriate testing phase submission, not the validation phase one?
I have a bug in the tables section also where the table supposedly for the BAGA testing phase (task 2b) shows me the validation results...
Also, keep in mind I am a participant same as you, my knowledge is very limited. I think you'll have to wait for the organizers to reply. Sorry.
Best,
Vicent Dear @sharat.s.e,

Vicent Dear @vcasellesb,
Thank you for your response.
I am able to see my docker submission tagged in "Task 2a Testing - Hippocampus Segmentation Final Results".
But in "Task 2b Testing - Basal Ganglia Segmentation Final Results", it shows only validation results.
It seems like I accidentally submitted the docker twice to hippocampus segmentation task and now it not allowing me to submit for the basal ganglia segmentation task, since it states that the submission limit has been reached. Any idea if there is a way to undo a submission?
Regards,
Sharat Hi friends at @LISA_mri_challenge, are there any updates regarding the "Received" statues? if we will be able to get feedback that it works/score for our Dockers?
Thanks for your help!
Musti Dear @sharat.s.e
You can see it on the _Tables_ tab on the RISE-MICCAI LISA 2025 challenge page.
Best,
Vicent Dear All,
Where can I see the status of the docker submission?
I submitted a docker image but did not receive any email. Hi @Musti and @LISA_mri_challenge,
What does the 'Received' status that we see on the testing phase table mean? Does it mean that the Docker image successfully ran without any errors? It is OK that we get to know the final results at the end of the testing phase, but at least we must be sure that our submission is working properly and making predictions. Hi @Musti,
Thanks for your reply! Actually I haven't submitted yet (I want to do it today), but I saw that the testing phase table only shows RECEIVED submissions -- no metrics, so I was wondering if they would be sent privately via email or something... I guess we will have to wait for clarification.
Best,
Vicent Hi again Vicent @vcasellesb!
No nothing actually and I'm glad I'm not the only one! It says "Received" and I guess we just wait for now @LISA_mri_challenge?
Musti Hi @Musti,
No problem. Can I ask something back to you? I've seen you have already submitted to the testing phase. Did you get any feedback wrt the performance of your submission (Dice average, any metric..?).
Thanks,
Vicent Hi Vicent! Thanks a lot for the quick reply and clarification! :)
Best,
Musti Hi Musti,
I asked the same question. It seems only the Docker image is required. MLCube is not.
Best,
Vicent
