LF images but HF segmentation mask

Hi! I was wondering why were we given with LF Images, but Hippo and Basal HF segmentation? then I found LF segmentation for Hippo and Basal in Extra Segmentation Folder, but shouldn't we use LF segmentation only instead of HF segmentation? Why HF segmentation if we don't have HF Images?
