Dear CAGI organizers, I am opening this thread, on behalf of our team, to follow up on my request to participate in the CAGI7 RGP-vcf challenge. I emailed my signed institutional signature form from Bilkent University on 17 March 2026, using my institutional email address, and included my Synapse ID. As of today, 12 May 2026, I still do not appear to have access to the challenge data or the RGP team on Synapse. I do know that the original deadline was 31 March, but I saw that late submissions are still being accepted, so I would still very much like to participate if possible. Could you please let me know whether my access request was received, and whether anything else is needed from my side to be granted access? Thank you very much for your help.
