This year’s conference will feature assessments on multiple challenges from the CAGI7 season, including TSC2, BARD1, ATP7B, LPL, FGFR, lentiMPRA, Splicing Mini Gene, and Polygenic Risk Score. The Rare Genomes Project (RGP) challenge remains ongoing in an off-cycle manner (a great time to participate in it). A tentative program will be posted soon on our web site.
**The CAGI7 Special Papers Collection will be organized after the conference and the completion of RGP and Annotate-All challenges.**
