PRS challenge additional clarification

@CAGI7ChallengesOrganizers Hello :) This is first CAGI for our Team, and we need help to clarify steps in the PRS challenge. Can we choose to work with real or simulated data or we need to cover both? Thanks in advance, Biljana

Hi @BiljanaS Sorry for the delay in response. For simulation dataset, that is correct. For real data, if they can submit software (with a detailed instruction), we can train their models on the post-QC UK Biobank dataset on our side. Submitting multiple prediction models for the same phenotype is also fine. Best,
Oh, my mistake, I wanted to tag @CAGI7ChallengesOrganizers :) Thank you for your reply! So then we can work with the simulated data and submit the PRS prediction created for validation cohort for your assessment? Can you please explain how the real data can be used more precisely since we do not have individial-level data so the model training is not possible here? Many thanks, Biljana
