Dear Team, It's not clear to me which are the extreme values of the prediction range in LPL challenge. In the Submission format, it is stated: "Log‑ratio enrichment: real-valued score where 0 = severely reduced or abolished LPL surface abundance, 1 = wildtype‑like/normal surface expression." So one may hypothesise that there are no values below 0 or above 1, but before, in the Experiment section, it's said that "Finally, scores were re-scaled such that the median nonsense variant score was 0 and the median synonymous variant score was 1 (note: scores below 0 and above 1 are expected given experimental variation)." If it is possible, I would like to know the correct prediction range to rescale my predictions accordingly. Thanks, Giulia

Dear @Giulia.Babbi, Thank you for your question. The prediction range for the LPL challenge is –Inf to Inf. A little bit under zero is acceptable. Center of the distribution should be around 1. Good luck! Gaia
Hi @Giulia.Babbi @CAGI7ChallengesOrganizers would be best suited to answer your questions and I've tagged them for a response. Best of luck!
