I’m unable to locate the “Submit Docker Repository to Challenge” button on my Synapse project page. If the challenge has already closed, would it be possible for you to share a test case or example dataset so that we can continue exploring and learning from the task? Thank you very much for your time and support.

Dear @vchung, Thank you very much for your detailed reply and helpful information. I really appreciate the clarification about the submission process and the update on the post-challenge phase. I’ll keep an eye on the SEA-AD portal for the upcoming data release and future opportunities to submit models.
@xli219 , One more thing: the organizers are also currently discussing opening a post-challenge phase, where additional models could be submitted for evaluation, with the clear understanding that they will not be considered for final ranking. More updates coming soon~
Hi @xli219, Thanks for reaching out! Yes, the challenge is now closed, but for future reference, here is how you find the "Submit Docker Repository to Challenge" option: 1. Go to the **Docker** tab of your Synapse project 2. Click on the specific image you wish to submit - this will take you to its details page 3. Click on the **Docker Repository Tools** button in the upper-right corner, then select "Submit Docker Repository to Challenge" As for the data, the validation and test data (with the groundtruth) will be released on the [SEA-AD portal](https://portal.brain-map.org/explore/seattle-alzheimers-disease/seattle-alzheimers-disease-brain-cell-atlas-download) later this year, allowing you to locally test your model then.
