SubID 9760525 is unfortunately encountering the same memory issue as your previous submission, in that it requires more than 110GB of memory to load the data. Hi @vchung,
And it still does not run for the new id: 9760525! Can you please let me know the log!
Thanks On my end it takes a maximum of ~2 to 3 Gb of memory when running on a small test data of 5k cells! I will try to make approach more memory convenient and resubmit it!

It looks like your model requires more memory than we had forecasted for the challenge. Currently, each container is allowed up to 110Gb of memory. When you ran your model locally, do you happen to know how much memory it had required?
