Hi, I see there are two subchallenges: (1) predicting neuropathological staging (ADNC, Braak, Thal, CERAD), and (2) predicting quantitative pathology measures (6e10, AT8, etc.). Can our model be designed to finish only one subchallenge, or is it expected to output predictions for both in the same submission file? Thanks for clarifying!

Hi @May_2 , Great question! Yes, your model can be designed to output a predictions file just for the specific subchallenge task you are aiming to answer. That said, if your model is designed to answer both tasks, be sure to submit it twice, once to each subchallenge queue. Hope this helps!
